Even a Narcissist serves a purpose…they are our BEST teachers.
They are sent into your life to poke at your vulnerabilities.
They too are soul mates sent to expose wounds for you to heal. Band-aids won’t work anymore…It’s major surgery.
People are sent into your lives to mirror your core wounds to you.(not EVERYONE is a narcissist…some are just your plain garden variety arseholes)
Observe all your relationships.
Watch what and who provokes you.
Pay attention to what and who gets your goat.
For example…if you catch someone in a lie and tell them that you know they’re lying they get upset with YOU not because of the actual lie or that they got caught lying but because they have to now face the lie that they have been telling themselves ALL their lives.
Not an easy task!!
We spend most of our lives living in a swarm of lies we have told ourselves to make it all ok in our heads.
That’s human nature.
We process things in our mind to make us feel better…that is our minds ONLY job…to make us feel better.
Whatever that may be…you are the only one who knows what that is.
When you find yourself at peace and in easy relationships…it’s not because he or she or they are amazing people…it’s because you have sufficiently healed and YOU are the amazing person.
