It’s the foundation of any relationship.
If someone is not open to listening to you…they are not good communicators.
If they shut you down everytime you say something they are not good communicators.
If they rage at you to intimidate you when they don’t agree with you…they are not good communicators.
If their words don’t match their actions and if they refuse to be accountable for their actions…BIG red flag of an emotional manipulator.
DO NOT ignore this one.
Don’t let them use the ‘I don’t like conflict or drama’ excuse.
No one does…they are being dismissive, non accountable, avoidant and incapable of resolving issues in an adult manner…and it’s usually a conflict or drama they initiated in the first place that they now do not want to ‘discuss’.
Unreasonable communication and no follow through…are BIG red flags, sign of a bad communicator and a deal breaker.
