Know the difference…
There is a difference between a mistake and manipulations.
A mistake is usually followed by an explanation, an apology, accountability, genuine remorse…some form of genuine recourse to correct the mistake.
A manipulation is followed by none of the above…
Manipulations are followed by a lack of accountability, gaslighting, denial, blame shifting, undermining, more manipulations and if you surrender to it…you will now become entrenched in a cycle of the same.
Know the difference…
With a mistake there will be a genuine attempt at correcting it…with manipulations…there are no corrections…but you have just agreed to their pattern for further manipulations.
Knowing the difference makes ALL the difference.
